SeenStream is a revolutionary platform that connects users with bars, nightclubs, and restaurants in their area through captivating live streaming and user provided SeenShare videos.

Are the streams really live?

Yes; there is a 40-60 second delay in the video.

What is SeenShare?

SeenShare allows users to upload videos of themselves checking into establishments. SeenShare enables users to see what establishments look like from their point of view.

Is there an age restriction to use your website?

Yes; you must be at least 18 years or older to enter our site.

How do I sign up for SeenStream?

You can sign up using the packages/signup link on the home page.

How much does SeenStream cost to use?

For users (customers), SeenStream is completely 100% FREE! Businesses can find pricing information on thepackages/signuplink on the home page.

After I sign up for SeenStream Business, how long will it take to get my streaming equipment?

SeenStream will process and ship your equipmentwithin 48 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation notifying you the equipment has been shipped. After you receive the shipping confirmation, your equipment should arrive in 4-6 business days.

I got the equipment and I am having trouble with my connection. Can I get help?

Yes; please send an email to support@seenstream.com,and we can schedule a time to help you with your installation.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

On the home page, click the login link that is located in the upper right corner. On the login page, click the reset password link next to the login button. When you get to the Login page, theReset Password linkis right next to the Login button.

How long will it take for someone to answer my support ticket?

A representative from SeenStream will contact youwithin 36 hoursof submitting your support ticket.

Will my Stream be live or on all the time?

No; the owner can schedule start and stop times and manually override the stream. or manually override the Stream status.

I reinstall the App, and now my support tickets are not there.

If you uninstall the app and reinstall the app, the tickets that were in your app will no longer be there. This is due to how our support system is integrated to our app. You can still get to your open support tickets using our Web interface. To access a ticket already created that does not show up in your app, simply go into your e-mail that you used to register with the support ticket that you created, and there should be a link in the e-mail to the ticket that you have currently opened.
